The compact kitchen, located in the living area, is equipped with a 4-burner electric/gas stove, oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer.
Outside, a spacious, roofed terrace — shared with the neighboring apartment — with its own outdoor furniture and a parasol for relaxation. There is also another terrace surrounded by greenery, and is accessible through the living room and the bedroom. A shared BBQ area is conveniently located beside the terrace. Pets are welcome for an additional fee, and a baby cot is available upon request (subject to availability). Ample parking space is available just in front of the terrace.

Nice apartment at a very fair price. (05.2025)
The location is peaceful, and the kind lady owner made sure we had everything we needed. A few small things could be improved, but overall great value.

Nice and pleasant lady owner. We barbecued almost every evening and the next day they replenished the firewood and charcoal ???? Beautifully clean everywhere and the terrace was swept and mopped by the lady owner every day.
