Outside, a spacious, roofed terrace — shared with the neighboring apartment — with its own outdoor furniture and a parasol for relaxation. A shared BBQ area is conveniently located beside the terrace. Pets are welcome for an additional fee, and a baby cot is available upon request (subject to availability). Ample parking space is available just in front of the terrace.

Lovely place in a quiet neighborhood. (11.2025)
