This apartment for 4-5 guests is located just 20 m from the sea and sandy beach. It features two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed, wardrobe, and terrace access, and another with two single beds. The living room includes satellite/cable TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a pull-out couch for one, and access to a veranda that serves as a dining area.
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stove, oven, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, and kettle. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and hairdryer. The 20 m2 terrace with a sea view, dining table, and parasol provides the perfect spot to unwind. Guests also have access to a shared BBQ and free parking behind the house. (English)

Odlična lokacija! Uz more! (07.2025)
Vila se nalazi na dobroj lokaciji, odmah uz gradsku plažu. Dobro je mjesto kao baza za putovanja po otoku Krku. Preporučujem odlazak na plažu Potovošće u blizini grada Vrbnika. Prekrasno. Masline i oleandri rastu u blizini imanja. Stvaraju atmosferu. Područje je bilo tiho i mirno, nije bilo zabava u daljini, navečer se mogla čuti glazba iz daljine jer se u centru često organiziraju lokalni glazbeni festivali. Koristili smo apartman na samom vrhu s plavom staklenom terasom. Nismo ga koristili. Vruće. Ali velika gornja terasa nadoknađuje taj nedostatak.
