This modern three-bedroom apartment is located 1.65 km from the sea and offers comfort, spaciousness and beautiful sea views. It features a fully equipped kitchen with gas/electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher. The living room includes a sofa, dining table, SAT TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

All three bedrooms have double beds, and one offers a sea view and direct access to the terrace. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and bidet.

Outside, you can relax on the 24 m2 terrace overlooking the sea and garden, or use the shared barbecue area in the courtyard. Bed linen and towels are provided, and a laundry service is available for guests. A baby cot is available on request. Private parking is provided in the courtyard. The owner lives on-site and is happy to assist with anything you may need during your stay.

Beautiful view from the balcony, welcoming and friendly owners, perfect parking, quiet location, large courtyard. For us, a group of five, this is a spacious and nicely furnished apartment with good amenities and plenty of living space. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the balcony is a good size. The panoramic sea view is, of course, the highlight. German TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and utilities are all included in the price. Although pets are allowed, there is neither pet hair nor any smell :) Good location for further excursions.

The upper floor apartment (3 bedrooms + living room + kitchen + bathroom) is very comfortable, well-equipped and clean, offering a wonderful view of the surrounding coastal landscape. Its private parking lot is well-secured and a modern motion-tracking camera system ensures the safety of cars. With 3-4 children, it is a very comfortable base for visiting all the beaches of the island. The hosts are extremely kind and attentive. The missing items left behind were noticed and reported sooner than we would have missed them, and the immediate postal delivery was handled with super kindness and speed! We definitely want to come back here!
