Description
This two-bedroom apartment is just 90 m from a sandy beach, perfect for a relaxing getaway. A spacious 28 m2 terrace with a sea view provides a peaceful retreat on hot summer days. There is also a possibility to barbecue on the terrace. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a dedicated parking spot are included.
The apartment spans two floors with three entrances. The ground floor features an open kitchen, dining, and living area, along with a toilet. The fully equipped kitchen includes a 4-burner electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher. The living area offers comfortable seating, a dining space, and a TV with satellite and cable channels, with sea views through the windows.
Upstairs, two bedrooms each have an en suite bathroom: one with a shower, the other with a bathtub, washing machine, and both with toilets. One bedroom has its own balcony (4 m2) with stunning views of the sea and town. The sandy beach is only 90 meters away, and the town center is an easy 450-meter walk.
For families with young children, a baby cot and highchair are available on request (subject to availability shared with other guests). Your friendly hosts live on-site, speak English, and are happy to assist you in making your stay memorable.

Wonderful stay! (06.2024)
Wonderful stay. Silo is a delightful village by the sea (very quiet). The house is very close to the sea and offers a view of it with spectacular sunsets. Excellent welcome from the host, he speaks Italian well, he accompanied us inside the house and showed us everything! The house is very bright and very clean!!!! I'd love to come back
Beautiful apartment and location (08.2025)
We recently stayed at this apartment for a family holiday and had a pleasant experience. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it comfortable for our needs. The location was convenient, close to local attractions and amenities. While we enjoyed our stay overall, there were a few minor issues that could be improved, such as were a lot of ants and wasn’t enough trash bags. Nonetheless, it was a good choice for our family trip, and we'd consider returning in the future.

This house is a family home that is lived in and loved by its owners. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed, comfortable and at ease to take in our family holiday as we pleased. We never missed anything in the house - extra sheets and towels, plus every kitchen amenity needed. The best part were the warm smiles of the hosts that greeted us anytime we needed to ask a question. They even connected us with a local contact fisherman to purchase freshly caught fish in the picturesque harbor steps away from the beautiful home on the hill. We loved quite literally everything!
