This luxurious, modern seafront apartment is located in a peaceful apartment complex just 30 meters from the sea, surrounded by nature, secluded coves, pebble beaches, and hiking trails. It offers a communal saltwater swimming pool (36 m2) open from May to October, with temperatures typically reaching 20-26°C. The apartment is on the ground floor and features one bedroom with a queen-size bed, a modern kitchen with an induction hob, refrigerator and freezer, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. The dining area and living room provide a cozy space with a sofa and Smart TV, while free Wi-Fi is available throughout.
The apartment's terrace (16 m2) offers direct access to the pool area and a beautiful view of both the pool and the sea. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, parasols, and an outdoor shower, and it provides direct access to the sea for comfortable swimming. A shared laundry room on the ground floor includes a washing machine, laundry capsules/detergent, and an iron for guest use.
The apartment complex is just a 1 km stroll along the seaside from the town center, a comfortable 15-minute walk. Nearby, you'll find a pebble beach with a beach bar, along with a basketball court and a beach volleyball court. Adjacent to the complex, a diving center offers lessons for beginners and guided dives for experienced divers. This center also houses one of the region's top restaurants, serving a variety of traditional Mediterranean dishes. Free private parking is provided, and each room is air-conditioned to ensure a comfortable stay.

Beautiful sea view, conveniently close to the beach
A dreamlike complex with a dreamy village and a beautiful beach. (09.2025)
We picked up the key from a property management company. The lady spoke German and then drove to the house and explained everything to us. Everything in the apartment was very well equipped (modern) with everything you need for a day. There was German television. The pool was filled with salt water and still fairly warm. The staff put fresh towels on the loungers every day, and if you needed something, you could get it.
