Description
This second-floor apartment, located about 400 meters from the sea, offers a comfortable stay for up to 8 people. It features three bedrooms—two with a queen bed and a single bed, and one with a queen bed. All bedrooms and the living room have access to balconies with garden and city views, and one balcony offers a glimpse of the sea. The living room is equipped with satellite/cable TV, Wi-Fi, and a couch. The kitchen includes an electric/gas stove, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, and oven. A very enjoyable stay (07.2025)
The stay in the apartment was very successful. One floor of the house was available. There was enough space for 4 adults and 3 children. The kitchen was quite large, spacious and well-equipped. A very large balcony that could be accessed directly from the kitchen and one of the 3 bedrooms. The property has two bathrooms. One with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The owner is a very nice and smiling woman. Another advantage is the location of the apartment. The town of Silo is very charming with numerous restaurants and pubs. Nearby is a sandy, small and narrow beach. For this price there is nothing to complain about. We are very pleased with the accommodation and stay in Silo and in the Jakominic apartment.

The house is very nice, unfortunately there were some issues with the sinks that got clogged easily but everything else was fine.
Large apartment, plenty of space (09.2022)
The apartment was big, enough space for 6 people. All rooms had balcony what was nice. Living room nicely renovated, kitchen well equipped. Only the bedroom were a bit old, the beds were cranky, not comfortable. There were 2 bathrooms, in the small one with shower there was all the time hot water but in the other one only warm water came and it was drained quickly. Nice big grill in the garden. All-over it was a nice stay
