Description
This charming ground-floor apartment is located just 20 meters from the sea, ideal for families and accommodating 4-5 guests. It features a roofed terrace at the entrance and a more private terrace with a BBQ area behind the house. The apartment includes two bedrooms with queen-size beds, and a pull-out couch in one of the rooms. A sandy beach is a comfortable 2-minute walk away, only 140 meters from the apartment.
The stylishly decorated kitchen area is well-equipped with a 4-burner ceramic stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as a dining table, couch, and satellite/cable TV. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, washing machine, and hairdryer. An air conditioning unit in the hallway cools the entire apartment.

Location great (05.2025)
The appartment has a lot of space outside to park the car and play with children. A grill on the back with extra table and chairs. Location is awesome for families with children as it is very close to the sea and a few steps from a small sand beach.

The accommodation was very nice and clean. Close to the city beach. Two bakeries a short distance from the apartment. Very quiet location, suitable for families with children.

Great location, very close to the beach. The beach is nice as well. The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a good holiday. Has a tented parking. Perfect for a quiet family vacation.
